TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTELS TO THE VENUE

From the hotel “Baltpark”

There will be special bus for the conference delegates. For more information please ask at the hotel reception.

From the hotel “Comfort Vilnius”

Take trolleybus No 2, stop “Gėlių” to get to the venue (Saulėtekio ave. 11) go for 7 stops and debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas”.

From the hotel “Crowne Plaza”

Walk straight till the end of M.K.Čiurlionio street and then at the stop “M.K.Čiurlionio” take the trolleybus No 10 or 11 and debus at the last stop “Antakalnio žiedas”. Then shortly walk to the street “Nemenčinės plentas“ (up the hill) and take the trolleybus No 2; 4 or 19; and finaly debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas“.

From the hotel “Ecotel”

Take trolleybus No 19, station “Lvovo“ to the venue (Saulėtekio ave. 11) go for 12 stops and debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas”.

From the “Hotel Panorama“

Take trolleybus No 2, stop “Stotis“ to get to the venue (Saulėtekio ave. 11) go for 8 stops and debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas”.

From the hotel “Mikotel“

Take trolleybus No 2, stop “Vingriai“ to get to the venue (Saulėtekio ave. 11) go for 6 stops and debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas”.

From the hotel “Reval Hotel Lietuva“

Take trolleybus No 19, stop “Europos aikštė“ to get to the venue (Saulėtekio ave. 11) go for 13 stops and debus at the stop “Technikos universitetas”.

ALL BUSES AND TROLLEYBUSES TIMETABLES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE BUS/TROLLEYBUS STOPS.

Arriving to Vilnius

From the Airport

The airport is situated only 7 km. or 15 min. driving distance from the center. There is an effective shuttle service operating.

There is bus service every 10 -15 minutes:

-          the bus No 2 – from Airport throught the city center

AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO GET TO THE CITY CENTER WOULD BE - TAXI, IT WOULD COST AROUND 10 EURO.

From the Railway Station and Bus Station

The Railstation and Bus station are situated at the center of the city. There are trolleybuses going every 2-5 minutes from the station to the various districts:

-          the trolley No 1;
-          the trolley No 2;
-          the trolley No 5;
